These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Al Zawadi Global Marketing Management website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
Al Zawadi Global Marketing Management provides digital marketing services including social media marketing, website marketing, Google Ads management, marketing management, promotional materials, and website design. The scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Al Zawadi Global Marketing Management remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals to enable us to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Al Zawadi Global Marketing Management.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Al Zawadi Global Marketing Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
